Mother club is Pitkerro (Dundee Province) been a member since 1985 but as the club is based at the Forfar Ice Rink don’t get to curl for them as much as I would like. I am also a member of Bellshill Curling Club which is my wife’s Mother Club and I am match secretary. I also occasionally play for Lesmahagow Curling Club. Both Bellshill and Lesmahagow play out of Lanarkshire Ice Rink.
Proudest achievement in curling. Winning Perth Open when it was still a major competition with a 64 team entry and being picked for this tour.
What are you doing now in curling? Not as much as I would like! Work dictates that I cannot guarantee to be home for games during the Fall/ Winter.
I play in two leagues with Bellshill and a knock-out competition with Lesmahagow. I also get occasional games being on the substitute lists for my clubs. I also help out when I can as a time clock umpire at the Scottish championships and also when the world juniors were held at Perth in 2011.
