Proudest achievement in curling?
First year playing in The Yett Trophy, a family competition, with my three daughters.
What are you doing now in curling?
Currently Vice President of Lesmahagow CC and Treasurer of Scottish Police Curling Association.
What motivated you to come on tour?
I have previously toured Ontario and Montreal as part of a Police and Civil Service Tour in 2008. The welcome and hospitality we received was outstanding and the curling was thoroughly enjoyable.
What are you most looking forward to/what have you enjoyed most about tour?
Keen competition and good friendship on and off the ice.
Any specific roles in the tour planning and/or during the tour?
I was a late replacement and therefore not involved in the planning but I am the Judge for the Central tour dealing with infractions committed by tourists.
I continue to try and improve my golf but progress is slow.
I enjoy reading and am spending more time pottering about in the garden since I retired.
